Soup at the salad bar was not proper temp. On taste and it was obviously old and stale, yuck!. Didn't eat it as I was afraid of getting sick. I ordered a burger and upgraded to onion rings vs fries. $16 for a burger and onion rings is a complete rip off. Waitress was incompetent and not capable of bringing anything without being asked multiple times. Finally had to get up and walk to counter to get out. Also ordered a piece of Millionaire pie to take with me and it was disguising. Placed it directly in the trash. This place is a dirty mess. Won't return.

We went for breakfast. The pancakes were thick & fluffy and we got lots of syrup. The coffee was good and the waitress was very friendly & attentive. No wait to be seated at 7am on Sunday morning.

I ordered a medium strip steak breakfast with biscuits and gravy on the side. My steak was well done and my gravy was sour ?. My husband ordered a catfish dinner and the catfish was not even cooked all the way. This place has really gone downhill over the years.

The food was awful, tasted like old grease. Asked if the dinner came with hush puppies and was told no, so ordered some and the meal came with them, they were not done and gooey in middle. The shrimp was cooked so much like rubber. Won't be back. Server was nice.

Not good. The catfish is the main dish and it’s not good. Only thing good was eggs and hush puppies.

The catfish was microwaved and we had to listen to a vacuum running while eating. Enough said...oh and they said their liquor license was being renewed so I couldn't even order a glass of wine.

I DO NOT recommend this place. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and my husband got some Mac and cheese, and none of it was good. Don’t even know what the sticks were made of because it definitely wasn’t cheese… we broke it in half and there was no melted stringy cheese that came off when we bit it, it kind of seemed like a hash brown, that type of texture. The mac and cheese was watery, cold, and the shredded cheese was just thrown on top, or even melted. The salad bar didn’t even look appetizing. Salad was brown and looked old.. I give it a 0/10.

The service was great. Food was okay. I ordered the fish platter fried. The fish was great, and the tarter sauce was not to my liking. I got Mac and Cheese, and it was hf full. I ordered an additional side the rice. The rice was not fully cooked. Still eat able.

Went with a friend, not happy.......$20.74Got a tea, 2 chicken strips and fries, I just want to add chili and cheese and girl charged me like 5.99 extra and added sm chili. Which I did not eat. The meal was 8.99 , I thought I'd pay a little more for chil and cheese, but my God.... after tip my total was about $25!I could have had a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse for that! So my trips to this restaurant are going to be very limited. I think they are very expensive for what you get, and quality of food is mediocre at best. They are sprucing up the place, but the prices will not draw in the people. This used to be a great cheap place to go....not anymore! I will say the service is always great. Reason for 3 stars

Payed 17.99 for a “bacon wrapped steak”. It came out and was the tiniest BURGER PATTY wrapped in burnt bacon. God what a rip off. The entire place was filthy, terrible service that took forever.Zero stars hun, so sorry but zero stars is what I’d actually rate this placeI’m not picky and didn’t complain bc it’s not the servers fault.I used to LOVE this place but now I’ll never return.

Open 24 hours and it's not a Denny's! Complete lack of pretense here, not trying to be fancy, just friendly, which it is. A couple of minutes off the freeway, lots of fried fish but also offers blackened. Tempting pie case. There are sandwiches, burgers, and steaks on the menu. Ample portions, pretty standard cornmeal based coating, some reviewers claimed it looked frozen/pre-breaded but I don't think so. And, unlike everywhere else, they have not raised their prices during COVID, still using 2018 menus.
