You’re better off going to ANY of the other locations. Plenty of times I’ve gotten fries that are less than halfway full, my sandwich looks like they put a chicken strip instead of a full breast, and have received food cold and soggy when just picking it up. The only reason I’ve gone to this specific chick fil a was the location, but from now on I won’t even do an order. Save your money. This location is terrible.

Love the food. Love the staff. Always great. Only complaint is when a family is eating in the both in the corner a lady seems as management was wiping the ledge right above the kids. To me it’s rude and slightly disrespectful for they are eating and don’t want dust or even crumbs of others knocked off on there-selfs of

Chick-fil-A Odessa Town Center $60 reimbursement after paying over $200 in uniforms just shows how greedy this store is. Corporate really needs to dig deep into this location because the values Truett worked so hard at are nonexistent here. Had I not seen first hand the hard work Truett put in to being the most caring company I would run from any Chick-fil-A just from the experience I recieved from working at this location. Rusty needs to take back his store before it’s completely ran to the ground by the management he has given it over to. Multi million dollar store stealing from past employees is disgraceful for sure!!! Lesson learned on my part I guess. Hope yall really needed that money more than me!??

The drive thru at this location is awful. Their customer service is unprofessional. I wasMade to stay behind three cars I was originally in front of. Then to top it all off the young boy taking my order didn’t get it right. I asked if I could get my kids meal and was told I would have to drive around and wait for it. I stated that I really really did not want to drive around front in the traffic. I was told I could just get my money back or drive around front. That’s my option. (Loudly where everyone at the counter was watching me there are more details, but this is just the synopsis). The manage, Chelsey, was completely rude and should have tried to solve my problem quickly instead of being confrontational. It was a kids meal. Everyone behind me should have had to wait on nuggets too, right?

They portion the food like they are trying to save money! I eat Chick-Fil-A about 4 times a week and alternate between going to 42nd & Faudree. I’m 100% sure they are ripping people off serving tiny portions with their bowls and it’s sad because I held this chain at a high standard but I will never go back to the 42nd St. location ever again!
