The people that work there are inconsiderate and sorry. They always give you cold chicken that's been sitting up there and when you tell them you want hot chicken they act like it's problem. It's time to call corporate.

Chicken had no flavor. Lacking seasoning. Biscuits were small and over cooked. Making them hard as rocks! The only thing good was the mashed potatoes. This restaurant is not a dine in so could not give my opinion on atmosphere. Service was okay. Non friendly staff. Seems like they are not happy with their jobs. No hello or thank you given.

Never again. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it took them 30 minutes to get it out. They didn’t even have enough fries so they gave me half of the order. The employees are talking outside with friends and the person that seemed like a manager did nothing about it.

Visited today when I arrived there was only 1 car I ordered in the drive through and was told to pull around to the front @5:41, ordered a 12 piece tender meal with mashed potatoes, fries and 6 biscuits and added a large okra, cats started coming and I'm still waiting received food @6:20 only to discover a regular fry (cold) no okra and 5 biscuits that were not cooked fully went to window and asked about okra and why I had a regular fry manager told me that's how the large come and I had to wait on okra so I go back to car and wait at 6:39 I received okra that looked like it has been refried 3x's as I'm at the window about the okra another customer was also complaining about how nasty it was inside and manager took off to the back. This is the worst experience I have ever had at churches on Dixie in Odessa. All food went to garbage so a waste of my money all of it was cold, hard, and nasty. If they get off their phones and pay attention and actually work ? so annoyed now ended up at golden chick.

Churches do better it’s 2:05 pm on 10/17. You have one employee working in your store. I cars are waiting to be served. This girl is waiting on people like she has a full crew to back her up. She has a smile on her face. Just doing the best she can. Cooking chicken; taking order, taking orders out to cars. Hope you’re paying her what she is worth. It’s way more than your minimum.

Food was good. But the Service is the worst!Went through the drive thru and didn't get service at the speaker so I drove up to window. Lady was rude and when I got the order I didn't check it till I got home. And of course I didn't get our XL order of Fries So I called the store to let them know. I was told that I was being rude but the asked for my name and I could go on another day to receive them. I went the following week and I was told that they had already been given the fries. I told that lady she had me confused with some else!! Reluctantly she gave them to me.

The speaker never works. They never have macaroni or spicy chicken and when they do it’s dry. They don’t fill the cups up full with the sides they’re always half cup horrible service every time.
