As a former Domino's regional manager from the dfw area (a different franchise), I have to say that this location and their staff are what the customers should expect from a Domino's. This location always exceeds my expectations; properly proofed dough, toppings to the edge, clean environment, fast 'out the door time', and much more. I will always choose this location.

Never again will I come here. I experienced the worst customer service this afternoon.11/04/2023 @ 5pm we went and picked up our order. Deal for 2 for $6.99 items (we upgraded to pan for $8.99, which is our every other week usual).Upon leaving, we saw our receipt, and it was $29 and some change. We go back, and the guy at the window doesn't know what's going on or what to do. He then calls a manager. Young Latino guy comes to the window and nonchalantly says there's nothing he can do. I state that I'm not paying $30 for lava cakes and a medium cheese pizza, and I also wash charged $2.19 for a soda when I was supposed to get a free 20-oz drink "redeemed" with 20 points. I then advised him to please look at all my previous orders and if he could charge me the correct amount. His lack of caring, helping, and being a manager were not only non-existent but just the way he handled the whole situation. NOT OK. We ended up giving our order back and leaving. I come here instead of Pizza Hut across the street because my 5 years old loves it. But the lack of customer service and the way we were treated, never again will we come back here. Please train your management to help the customer instead of trying to humiliate them by not taking the time to offer such a simple solution to a problem. Zee

Do it at your own risk..I bit into a piece of wood in my last order, we normally always order here since this is the closest one to us. The food is pretty good but always lacks in pizza sauce. When I order extra cheese I never get it so I stopped ordering it, when I ordered extra sauce on the pizza I never received it so I order extra on the side, but only receive it when I pick it up otherwise they never include it when they deliver, also the pizza is not always cooked all the way. The drive thru lady Jada was pretty rude. Their trying to solve the wood problem by giving us free pizzas but all of these experiences will make me second guess going back.

Wow, after reading the review below me I am disgusted as well! I will never be going back to that location. I am so turned off by that. How is that even possible? MACKENZIE I hope you’re OK and healthy because that could’ve caused some serious health problems, and who even knows what else… Domino’s, you should be ASHAMED. ???????????????

Poor service from workers petty childish not even smart enough to be in grade school they have no customer service skills not sure how they were hired or not sure how me being at the ice machine has to do anything to do with the associates of the 87nth st STE A Odessa Texas location workers not there business you work at dominos not at the ice tower and to try to fight me a man to a female or should I say little boy I was also a paying customer of almost 50$ meal should be ashamed of their selfs

Very good pie. Tasty source and crust. I got the special online order 2 topping $8. You can't beat that prize with such quality
4-5 stars, Amazing food and service. only issue is the driver's. I tend to see drivers going 70 in a 45 driving really reckless.
