Waited 2 hours for my pizza to come and yet they have the audacity to say that i would have to go in-person and get it because there was no one at my house when they never even tried to knock. Only continue to order because it’s good pizza just that the delivery is beyond horrible.

Seems like there is little to no training and a lot of "Made-up policy's, I understood the delivery drivers not being able to accept big bills, but in store as well. Took my business to little Caesars.. in and out no problem taking my large bill! Thanks" Little Caesars"

This store will not honor your call in coupons over phone. But Linda store does. My family now only orders from the linda store the food is always amazing there staff is always nice they will honor coupons and not just tell you that coupons are online only, which btw is not true. These last few weeks I've tried so many times to call in orders that I just stopped ordering here. Go to Linda store they will honor your coupons and you'll have a better experience. Js

They were beyond rude and called the sheriff because they didn't want to give me the food I had paid for. The sheriff was a little aggravated, to say the least, for the waste of their time. Only thing they accomplished by that is losing customers for racism among other hate motivated actions I am surprised domino's allows for the treatment of customers by staff. I have been customer for over 20 years until that visit.
Forgot items, then refused a refund for the items ruined by what they forgot. I asked to speak w the manager to make it right, the manager refused and sent the same employee. Terrible service. Will be contacting corporate. How hard is it to check an order being complete?

I recently moved to odessa within the last 2 weeks and I'm unable to place an order with the option to pay cash is unavailable. Called the store to place am order and I asked if they would offer the online price and they said no, you have to pay with card.. well I don't have card. Management is horrible and so is the employee who answered the phone.

We ordered two orders of there cheese tater totes without the garlic sauce and they did put it on there the last three times and this time we called and the manager was extremely rude when we told her she said that it would be ready for pick up, and there is no reason for us to have to drive there to pick up the order that they messed up and we had told them that and they were going to charge us to deliver. When asked for her name she refused to give it to us and she never apologized to us.
