Good experience service was great and everyone was friendly. Had the sausage and brisket plate with greens and Mac and cheese. Also had the steak at a different visit the next day with German chocolate cake and peach cobler for deserts with all of it being excellent. Will visit again when in

Best brisket. No really, THE best brisket I have ever tasted. The brisket was so comforting. Potato salad and cornbread were solid. Great service.
This is a VERY small place, that doesn't look like much from the outside...BUT...it is a must try if you're in the Odessa, TX area. We had the daily special (smoked meatloaf) and the 2-rib plate. The pork ribs and the collard greens were definitely the highlights; some of the best we've ever eaten. The ribs were moist, meaty, smokey, and served naked (sauce optional). The collards were perfectly done, also with a deep smokey flavor. The Mac-&-Cheese was VERY cheesy, with a little chili heat; but super tasty. The cornbread was slightly sweet, and perfectly moist (not at all crumbly). I found the meatloaf to be very tasty also, but a little loose for my taste. I would order it again, but the brisket spud had me intrigued; so more likely to get that next time.

Great BBQ place that is well worth the short drive off I-20 in Odessa. Excellent meats with emphasis on the brisket and ribs. Reasonable prices and friendly service.
Just tried Ed & Tom's Bar-B-Que and they did not disappoint. We've been looking for a great bbq place and we have found it. Great food, great people...can't beat it.

Had to see come see for myself. The food is not highly or over seasoned thats how it’s supposed to be. It tasted like that bbq at a family function you just had to get a plate to go so you can really enjoy it on focus on the tenderness of the ribs, brisket, and homemade sausages. Oh and that cornbread is good too. The peach cobbler was good but not better than my wife’s ?. I’ll be back Ed. And no photos cause I finished before I made it home. I pray God will continue to prosper your business.

Stopped in for a late lunch on our way home to Minnesota and we were amazed by how great the food was. We got a Peter Pan, brisket sandwich, mac and cheese and very tasty corn bread. Staff were super friendly and even had us sign their wall! Would highly recommend to all!
