I brought my family for lunch after walking around the mall. The floor believe it or not is the cleanest place in the customer area, the tables are nasty so are the walls I can tell no one actually wiping stuff down. There actually swarm of natts on a booth food is not worth the money or the advertisement “world best burger” world worst burger. I feel like I gotta shower after being in there never again will I take my family there.

I was so happy when I saw there was a fuddruckers in odessa since the one in my home town closed. Walking in it didn't appear to real clean. But I was hungry. While getting onions and such for my burger I see that the lemons are covered with gnats. Gross. Then sitting in my booth I notice the walls have all kinds of bugs on it as well as random specs of condiments and stuff like they never wipe the walls down. I decide not to finish the rest of Mt food. But drank the last or my drink before leaving. And I see 6 or 7 black specks in my ice. I look closer and it's gnats. I'm so grossed out that I just consumed anything in that place. Never again. I have never been so disgusted by a restaurant. Staff is all kind of dirty looking too. What a disappointing experience. I dont think I can ever eat at another fuddruckers again

Food is excellent. Meat properly cooked. Veggies were clean and tasty.... Fuddruckers is about my third favorite place to eat in the great city of Odessa. Their wedgie fries are great to eat too.

I gave one star because I couldn't give none. We went a few days ago, and we asked for well done burgers. One was well done and the other was really pink. We also ordered french fries and onion rings. The french fries were OK, but cold, but the onion rings didn't really look like they have batter around them anymore. They're just very thin and look like they are only deep frying onions with no batter. We usually dine in because we like to get the jalapeños and pickles, etc. We also like to have access to ketchup and the jalapeño cheese. The last three times now the jalapeño cheese is so runny that you can't even get it to stay on your fries, it drips off before you get it to your mouth. I know there's ways of making things stretch, but adding water or whatever is being added to that cheese should stop. It used to be thick and really good... But who wants jalapeño cheese that just runs all over the plate when you get it and it gets on everything else?! We spent about $40 for two to eat. That's too much for that food. Not sure I'll return again. I'm a little tired of giving places chances and when you express your concern while you're in the establishment, employees look at you like you're ignorant. They offer nothing to resolve the issue or make it better.

Don't eat at this location in Odessa, Texas inside of The City Music Mall, the employees are very repulsive and unprofessional in the kitchen that took place in the afternoon. My biggest problem was the small latina lady with the hair bun while she was cooking the food, I saw her pulling out her phone and utilizing it also touching her nose with the same gloves she got on and didn't attempt to change them, I contemplated that wasn't professional and very unsanitized to the point I asked for a manager and got my refund and left even so, I almost called HR about this situation. I recommend my family and friends not to eat here.
