Worst service in Odessa don’t go, went at 8pm and was told she would be right with me 15mins later she talking about “are you gonna order or are you just gonna sit in my line” so sad when old people have to work and but it’s even more sad when they don’t know how to operate the machines or headset. Good chicken and sides. We were served promptly and the dining room looked clean. However, the restrooms were both locked. You had to get a key to use it.

Me and my family got done w baseball practice and they really love golden chick. So we went threw the drive threw. There was about 5 cars in line. But within a few minutes the line moved fast. I had a frustrating day so for the line to move pretty fast was convenient. And the rolls were soft and my son loves tender rolls so he was happy when he could make his own tender rolls. The service from Mark was spectacular. He was a friendly but a quick cashier. I felt like we went so fast but it was a enjoyable experience. Will go to 8th st again!

I can only speak about the wicked wings and fries which are the only things i order. Fries always come good but multiple locations send plain unseasoned wings without the spicy lotta zing seasoning which is what we want and why we order. The orders were correct at first and now we get either plan unseasoned wings or packets of seasoning if we ate lucky.

Arrived around lunch time and the first thing I noticed was how clean the outside appeared to be. As I entered the restaurant I observed that the cleanliness continued. I was greated by Kathi as I entered with a warm smile and a friendly hello. As I proceeded to order my food I notice quickly that Kathi had a customer oriented personality. I was able to order my food with no issues. I was impressed the fact that my food was delivered and less than a minute and a half after ordering. The chicken was nice and hot and the mashed potatoes were steaming. Oh the gravy don't get me started on the gravy it was excellent. After devouring my plate of food which was more than enough to fill me up. I was in able to enjoy their free ice cream on a cone. As I left I was greeted with a friendly please come back and see us. I will definitely be coming back here customer service like this is almost impossible to find now.

I ordered a 20 piece tender family meal with 2 sides. Only 5 tenders were fresh then I asked for a dozen extra rolls and was told they only had enough for the meal...no extra. Ugh!

I ordered a 2 piece catfish combo with okra. The catfish pieces were small and very little actual fish. The okra was stale like it had been sitting for some time. The service was friendly, but the food is terrible.

Customer service was again upon entering we were welcome with a smile by Kimberly who Audi took it order, we had an idea of where we wanted but didn't know if it would be enough she asked if it was just us or others and understood it was us didn't want too little or too much she told us the cheaper way and have a coupon to get 3 more wings, she was very patient and showed concern to please is in every way possible everything was fresh that's not it... Here comes Vanessa omg another one like the other one. These ladies are the absolute best I can't wait to go back thanks ladies. It was it first time there and I can say it was satisfying
