1/1/2022: I ordered the 4 piece chicken tenders with fries & gravy. I ordered a side of fried okra & corn nuggets on the side.The chicken was good as well as the corn nuggets. The drive through was a little slow but the staff was friendly.

I would give them no stars if it was possible! Horrible customer service and worse attitudes. Tabitha (assistant manager) was horrible and ugly. Refused to honor posted prices, refused to help and eventually closed the window and refused to speak to me. I will never go to a Golden Chick again!

Well as usual store and restrooms are very clean service was prompt and exact to the point very quiet and no waiting line.

I live down the street so this place is convenient, plus it’s tasty. BUT the service is total crap. There is zero organization going on here. Last time I was here we ordered online like we did tonight, it took us about 15min to get to the store, we where then left to wait about 15 more min for our food when it was slow to begin with. The same thing happens again tonight. We ordered 50$ worth of food as we so typically do. Only to be left waiting. They couldn’t even find our order in the system we had to show them our online order. We stoves at 645pm. As I type this it’s 707pm and I’m still waiting.

If I could give zero stars I would we got a family 15 pieces roasted and it was dry burned the sides where dry from sitting too long and the staff didn't care when we complained they said they were almost closed and not making fresh food they had also forgot half our biscuits and our jalapeno poppers where cold. Mind you we payed over $60. Never going back asked for mngmt and they said there was none.

Had issues first time I came in. The manager Rachel contacted me and made it right. She was one of the friendliest people I have met in fast food. I will go back since she made it right.

My gravy was so watery it looked like warm milk. My roll was so hard you couldn't even break it hitting it on the table. Everything else was okay but yeah I more than likely won't go back.

Love being able to come thru drive and always be in and out. The ladies are always nice a make sure our order is always correct. They have the best chicken tenders in town !!!

eat Golden Chick all the time while traveling for work quite often . i had even liked them over Popyes but this location served garbage cajun rice looking like this. what idiot in their right mind would even sell this .. Unbelievable trash

Every time I try something from this particular restaurant, the food is not hot. The chicken on the chicken sandwich is not crispy. This time, same thing. Also, no straw or napkin.?

2nd time I’ve come here and don’t get everything I ordered. Asked for 6 extra rolls and the lady says she doesn’t have enough for 6 extra. Said ok since the meal already comes with 6. Get all the way home and start unpacking and there are no rolls. Paying the prices we do we shouldn’t have to deal with immediate rudeness because they could no do their jobs. First time it rolls were all I ordered. Waited for 20 while the employees talked about us in the back. Had a meeting I was taking them to so I just left. Horrible service. Never have had this issue with the store on Faudree. May have to make it my go to store from now on. Would have put zero stars if I could.

Went at 8:50 pm they don't close till 10 Never came on the intercom to get my order after 30 min pulled up to the first window, all the workers walked by and all looked at me but ignored me. One lady came to the window asked what I ordered told her I didn't get to order yet and closed the window on me. Had to wait till 9:45 to get out of line. Never will I go back there. Do not recommend this location.!
