Went through drive through and the manager was being rude when we was ordering. We asked what all comes in an order she said it’s on the picture that’s what it comes with and you can’t change the order. Went inside to get my food after waiting for 10 minutes everyone was watching another worker make the burgers while the others was playing and standing around even the manager was in her phone. Plus orders was all wrong

Most of the time it's a hit or miss with this place they either forget things in my order or they forget to put an ingredient or leave out sauce ect. This morning I went and ordered my whole family breakfast and as I opened up the bags I saw blacks specs of all my hash browns and what seems and tastes like re heated eggs they were rubbery the sausage and bread was good but everything else ??

Got the loaded mini tacos and some chicken sandwiches all were hot and fresh and the girl in front was fast and courteous.
This place literally sucks. They seriously need to fire everyone that works there because they can’t seem to get a simple order of tacos right. All the girls that work there talk to you with an attitude that is remarkable. They seem to have to respect for the customers and no customer service skills. Not sure if this jack in the box hires employees off the streets but they seriously need to get their stuff together.

Love the food here. Unfortunately this particular evening we ordered a burger w/o cheese and got cheese, ordered bottled water and received a soft drink cup w/ water and we had to wait for our 2 items dinner out front as we had gone through drive thru. The person who brought out our order was lagging. I understand we all have bad days, tonight just happened to be one of them. Still love your tacos.
