Don't offer curbside anymore if you guys aren't actually going to do propee curbside. Waiting 10+ minutes just to have to go inside and go behind the counter to get it myself is definitely bad customer service.

Very disappointed! First of all, the only meat they have on the salad bar is bacon bits! A lot of the lettuce was brown. It's been a few years since I was last at Jason's and I guess they no longer put pudding on the salad bar!To make matters worse, my daughter couldn't wait to have the Ice Cream and the machine was broken! You don't get what you pay for.Vegetarian options: You don't have to worry about the contamination of meat on the salad bar.Dietary restrictions: If all you can eat is salad then your good.

I made an online order through the app to be delivered to an elderly couple who were not feeling well. The confirmation # was given through their app, my credit card was charged a delivery fee and I even added a nice tip. The delivery was promised 45 minutes later. A little bit over an hour later, the order was not delivered. I called the restaurant and the manager said they didn't deliver after 2 pm and his staff had not informed him of this needed delivery. One would think that the app would have a HUGE sign telling you NO deliveries after 2 pm or somehow stopped you from making that order. I could've picked up the order myself and delivered it in less time but was otherwise occupied. If it hadn't been that my friends were not feeling well I wouldn't have been so upset. The manager did offer to make the delivery within 40 minutes. At this point, what else can you do? My friends hadn't eaten yet. I'm so disappointed in JD!!!
