I showed up when they were supposed to be open. Doors were locked. I went through the drive through and was told to come back in an hour. Needless to say, I did not. The food is typical, classic and delicious. Too bad I didn't get any.

I went thru the drive thru. They got my order wrong. When I called back the manager said well she charged you for this. I don't care. It was not what I ordered. They forgot food and charged me

I wish I had snapped a picture/video of this place. There was flies swarming the windows (inside) and I mean SO MANY. EVERY table I passed by had finger prints not one was clean all greasy! The lady was handling money and food with the same gloves and when she asked the employee to come help i guess for training he was sitting eating his food and went straight to help gather food for us no shame lol It was absolutely horrendous I will absolutely never go back to this location or the one on 42nd theyre exactly the same. I tried going to the locations on 42nd and the same hygiene. Idk whats wrong with this company but theyre hiring just about anybody. Not even trying to hire people that will do the job right. And long johns was my favorite growing up. I loved going and getting hush puppies with chicken strips with the crunchies to eat at the end. If they changed up their managers this place could really make a comeback. Shift managers (if they even have any with how run down the place is) could make a comeback. No management is happening in these places. I am so glad I did not do the drive thru of these places. I saw exactly what I needed. Make a come back with clean and well operated systems or please CLOSE DOWN. I did NOT end up ordering after this. Left me wanting to skip dinner.

My friend and I went to longjohns one day when we were real hungry so we just told him hey this is what we’re hungry for hook it up and they totally did we went even went inside and waited because they had a line and didn’t wanna hold up their line and they hooked it up and we’re very generous and kind. I recommend longjohns on West County.

I assumed it could be paid for as part of my order. I guess we are done here. Can't get good help anymore? Where did the lady go that was in the drive thru before? Ugh. Just close.Another edit: everything is overcooked, except the cole slaw. Id like a refund.Its good, my favorite place to get fish.. My only complaint was, no crunchies, I mean none and barely any ice in the tea. I still love this fish. Always have always will. My drive thru attendant was a little scattered, the manager had to come behind her and finish my transaction.
