I had quit coming here for a while because the food quality had really changed, but I was craving some good fried rice, so decided to give this another try. I think they changed ownership, I'm not too sure but whatever they did, the food is AMAZING again. I highly recommend.

Dietary restrictions: I sat waited expecting a full to go box. It had a little bit of meat and a little bit of veggies. One cup of rice. It didn't even cover half the outtake box. The rice was a dry blob and for thirty plus it was joke. When I took it back in, he was quick to give me my money back.tell your boss he will never be an Osaka chef

I got a California roll and a #1 bento box to go.Bento box was bland and way overpriced for the amount of food.I asked the cashier for extra Wasabi for the rolls only to discover that they don't have ANY Wasabi. If I had known that, I wouldn't have paid 30 dollars and waited 20 minutes on my lunch to try their food and would have gone somewhere else.They weren't rude, and the food wasn't bad. Just not worth the price paid for service or food.

Normally, I wouldn't be like this, but these are some pitiful jalapeno poppers ("Japanese Bullets") and they cost $9. That's one half of a jalapeno and what looks like the other half cut into three pieces. So one total jalapeno. Ridiculous rip-off. No, they're not so great that it warrants the high price. Do yourself a favor and get the sushi from HEB down the road.Edit: The chicken fried rice had shrimp in it. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Imagine having a food allergy and you get this.I've never been so furious at a restaurant's inept chefs.

Everything that we have tried is so delicious. Mario’s sushi roll is the best sushi roll.
Have been there a few times and they have rudely refused to take my order. They say they are closed and it's 20 minutes till closing according to their business hours. Decided to try again, earlier this time and did an online order. My order said it would be ready by 11:38. Arrived to pick up and the doors were locked. Phone is out of service so I couldn't get a hold of them. Have pulled up to their drive thru a couple times and have waited there just to be ignored. The one time I successfully ordered and received my food it was ok not worth the frustration and lack of hospitality.

Ordered uber eats and was missing half our order, the part of the order we did receive was wrong, no seasoning or sauces and then couldnt get anyone to answer the phone to let them know what happened ??♀️

I love the eggrolls snd fried zucchini!! Delicious!! Good chicken fried rice ? and teriyaki chicken ?. Definitely order again.
We tried this place for the first time tonight. I had heard good things about it over a year ago. Well this was a huge disappointment. Volcano is the place to go and this restaurant does not compete. The food was not seasoned other than throwing chili powder and water. The rice was not steamed it was the sticky rice from the sushi bar. Which is different. The meat was dry and the shrimp are not as fresh as volcano. I read reviews and they said Mario doesn't cook here at the Odessa location anymore. Whomever is cooking needs to step up their game. Everything tasted like water. Never will try anything besides volcano again.

fried rice was dry and salty, the shrimp was sliced in half instead of whole shrimp and they forgot the soy sauce. The sushi roll was the only good part of my meal I would have enjoyed it more w/ soy sauce!! the eggs roll were good.

Ordered online with the delivery. com option. When my husband went to pick up the order, the hostess was rude and said the order was never confirmed and was never placed. Confused my husband asked how to confirm and hostess asked someone and said the order was never confirmed. So I go up there to show the text and email where order was confirmed and paid for. The hostess snatched my phone and took it to the back, came back with someone and they looked at tablet for a while she turned around and gave me my phone back and told me they were working on my order. When I asked what happened, she very rudely stated that I should not order online anymore because the orders don't always come through. Then I asked for the preferred method of ordering, she stated the phone but that the number online was wrong and walked away. To top off the rude service, the food was very over priced for what we got and very bland. Ordered chicken terriaki and spicy tuna roll, stir fry noodles, egg rolls and dumplings. The chicken and rice was very dry and flavorless, the noodles were bland and the veggies were bad. The veggies in the egg rolls were rancid and the tuna in sushi was old. Very disappointing as I have heard great things from the Mario's in Crane. I was hoping the food would make up for the rude service but no. Do not waste your money here. Do not recommend. Would not give any stars!

Food was bland, ordered teriyaki chicken which had no flavor and chicken was dry it was like eating boiled chicken and rice. Sushi looked and tasted old, the egg rolls had a rancid flavor. The young lady at the window was rude and seemed annoyed with me picking up my order. This is my first and last time eating g from this place
