Always bad service.. Had to interrupt the 2 workers in front, flirting just to check on my order that took long to receive. Food was cold because it was just left on top of their counter ( 5:05pm to 5:22pm) when I received my food cold I ask if they could warm it up , and that took another 10mins.

I did an online order, I got to the window of few minutes after it said it would be ready. No other cats were waiting but my order was not ready so I had to wait not a big deal I guess but when I got back to my job & started to eat my bread was so hard I could not bite it, but I didn’t have time to go back. It’s usually good here not sure what’s going on.

Service on phone sucks, they always put you on hold , service is tooo slow . They don’t have any prices available to see , now I know why too expensive. They sure need strict rules to be inforced for better and faster service.

I called in an order. They said it would be ready in 15 mins. I know they get busy so i waited 30 mins to go pick up and it still wasn't ready. They made it to dine in, idk why. i open the bag after i leave and it was the wrong order.

We went in at 4:30 pm today and it was an absolute awful experience. One girl was taking orders and when it came our Turn she didn’t even acknowledge our presence and walked off The Next cashier helped another customer and then preceded to walk to the back to get the manager they both came to the register and started joking with another employee while we stood there waiting for a good 15 minutes and the line forming. The manager could care less. As we stood there we watched employees in the kitchen making food with no gloves on and touching hair etc. completely un acceptable
