I had to have surgery a few months ago. When I went into the hospital, I had no issues inside my mouth, but when I came out, I had a spot on the inside of my gums that felt like skin had been scraped off (it was from them putting an oxygen tube down my throat). Not only was I trying to get over the surgery I went in for, and heal from that, but that sore got worse and ended up making me go to the doctor. They prescribed me a supposedly great mouthwash that was supposed to heal this, but it did not, and it continued to get worse. I had to go back to the doctor a second time which they ended up having to give me two shots right in the middle of that sore, and that was so painful, honestly worse than the surgery I had. I contacted the hospital to let them know that I ended up having to go through a lot of pain and spend more money trying to get rid of a sore that I had found out dwindled down to the anesthesiologist causing. I talked to a phone supervisor, if that's what you want to call her, she said she would let a person above her know what all took place. I told her it would be great to have a call back so that I know that somebody in charge will relay the message to the anesthesiologist that being rough is unacceptable. Well, I never got a call back and I never got a call even from the anesthesiologist trying to explain or even apologize for what he did. I will be calling again because I feel that people need to know that they should not cause more issues for a patient by being rough. Also, this guy made good money to be the anesthesiologist for my surgery and then he causes more problems and I still have to pay my bill. Not that I expect a credit but by gosh, I should get a call back acting like they are concerned about what problems they caused. And all the pain I went through from it... and took 3 weeks to recover from that alone. I also could barely eat, and that was soft foods when I could. I actually hope I never have to have another surgery, and if I do, maybe I'll travel to Midland.

This place abuses children. A 17 year old Was placed in a hallway in a wheelchair with a equipment bag over her head tightly. She already had a mask on. She couldn't breath and they did nothing. Do not take your loved ones here.

This hospital is abusing children. They thought it was appropriate to put a plastic bag, which states right on the bag that it is meant to cover medical equipment, and should not be used on humans....they put this bag over a child's head, who was already suffering from anxiety & difficulty breathing. They ABUSED this child. "First do no harm", is being completely ignored by this hospital. Save yourself & loved ones, and find a different hospital

I just got home after getting a hip replacement by Dr. Borra at this hospital, and I wanted to quickly post on here how great this place and Dr. Borra's team are. EVERYONE involved, from the nurses down to the food services, were kind, competent and hospital. I did not encounter a single surly employee. ("I can't wait 'til my shift is over," workers.) I had to stay an extra two days and it was no issue. The staff on hand for the weekend were all great, too. If you need orthopedic work done, have it performed by Dr. Borra. The staff helping him, from the night nurse on down, did nothing but be attentive and keep me as comfortable as possible. They have my vote of confidence!!!

My preferred place for delicious Cafe food. Came here on a Friday I think. I had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. It has a good interior. Feels like a place in Los Angeles I liked.
It's alright. They have the same ol' same ol'. But it's okay. Crossing the street is a different matter. Not only do you have to watch out for other drivers.......WATCH OUT FOR THE EMPLOYEES DRIVING THE CARTS BECAUSE THEY DEFINITELY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU!!!!!!!
