This place was a disappointment to say the least. Here were the issues.1. The fish tank at the entry was empty and dirty.2. The “hostess” was leaning on the counter and failed to even so much utter a single greeting.3. The floor was FILTHY. There was trash all over as well as stains and uncleaned spills.4. The place lacks any kind of ambiance.I cannot speak to the quality of the food since I left due to the aforementioned.

This was the first and sadly the last time I'll try this place. I'm a huge fan of pho but unfortunately this is not the place. The service is awful. They didn't ask us what we wanted to drink and when we did ask for drinks they took forever to bring us anything. The place only had one other table with customers so they weren't super busy. The broth did not taste fresh and was saturated with grease/oil. The flank was chewy and had lots of fat. Didn't taste clean either. There was a moment it felt like I bit into dirt. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I've been to gas stations that had cleaner restrooms. Honestly I felt sick after eating here which disappoints me because I really wanted to like this place.

This place is pretty traditional in keeping with my usual experiences with pho places: service is mediocre, (they are understaffed), environment is lackluster, and they regularly run out of things and close early (definitely annoying)....Our fix: we call ahead and get our food to-go! This ensures they're open, as well as giving them plenty of time to get everything together. Aside from these idiosyncrasies, the food is delicious and consistent- we're here about once a week!
