Just passed through and usually have positive experiences but this time it was not. It all started with the young lady taking the order cutting me off asking “anything else” before I could even finish ordering one thing. Then we get to the window the guy working did not know what was going on. When he asked out order we told him, and his response was are you sure? When our food finally came out we did not receive the three extra canes sauces which we had paid for, upon asking the guy opens the window and says “what do you want?” When we asked for the sauce we paid for they gave us one and said “there you go now leave” extremely rude and lacked any sort of hospitality. Canes used to be a favorite, but after this experience, not anymore.

It's good food usually. But always crowded and the last time my coleslaw was warm and kind of old tasting. We just threw them away.The workers seemed stressed but Stull try and maintain a good Attitude.
