These tamales were the best at one time now they are dry very little meat and of course a lot smallerInflation for real……..I’m unsure if they changed recipes or if they just don’t care ugh

Bought a dozen of tamales and as I bit into one I bit on something hard it looked like a piece of metal . It used to be real good but now they are dry and even smaller. Won’t be coming back .

I've been coming here for years. The other day I went in and told them directly at the window what I wanted. My order came out with an item missing and one item wrong, as well as something I didn't even order. When I took it inside to get it fixed the girl at the counter told me that because it wasn't on my receipt how I said it; she couldn't fix it. I called over to the lady who took my order and she apologized and said yes she did forget to edit my order so the girl at counter finally fixed it without charge. As she handed me my corrected order she stated "next time" she would not fix the order even if they're "own" employee states they messed up. I told her if they mess up they need to take accountability. An argument broke out and when I stated I guess I won't be back she shrugged her shoulders showing she could careless. I'm not a confrontational person and all she had to do was saying nothing when handing my order back. I've seen some things in that place but I still continue to go back because I love the food but not anymore.

They like to serve certain customers ahead of others. Two customers got their burritos made ahead of FIVE other customers who had been waiting regardless of those two customers ordering last. No one else’s time matters to these workers.

I have only had their breakfast burritos but they are well spiced and yummy. They usually have a line in the drive thru for breakfast. It may look like its closed but its not. The green salsa is really good.

I purchased 2 dozen tamales. They were terrible. The tamales were about half of what they used to be. Absolutely terrible taste. I threw them all away.So disappointed and will never be back. I expected so much more

Change the name of your business to just Saucedo’s. You can’t call yourself a Tamale Factory if you never have tamales. Walk in at 8 AM and ask for 4 dozen tamales, “sorry, they won’t be ready for 45 minutes”. This is like the 4th or 5th time. For real!
