Manager fires someone almost everyday for the slightest inconvenience. Overtime wages are not paid to the employees. Would not recommend going there and supporting her business in any way.

They must have a new staff. When I would come the bowls would be full. Now it's half empty. I keep on coming back to give them a chance. But they're just getting lazy with it ??

Walked in and was stared at. No “hello be with you in a minute” nothing other than awkward stares from staff. So we left and decided to go elsewhere. Not gonna pay $10 for rude employees and help owner live in his house.

We order often there but this will be the last time we order. Both of the work that were there in 7/18/2023 at 8:40am were very rude my son asked about our order the lady rolled her eyes and said “can’t you see we are working on it” it definitely not called for. We made an online order it said it would be ready at 8:30 we understand people get busy but that tone and attitude was not called for

Employees acted like they didn’t see us for more than 5 minutes. When they finally did get around to taking our order, they stood around and chatted instead of making our order. Good way to waste 20 minutes I guess.

Horrible customer service. Lady (brunette hair) saw us there and didn't take our order until 5/6 minutes after when the store was completely empty. When taking the order she had an attitude and when getting my order she didn't give it correctly and i was charged for the extra thing she didn't give me. She gave me attitude when i told her about the missing item and completely rolled her eyes at me and annoyed she didn't seem to fix the problem so I just left and told her it was fine.She obviously has an attitude problem and if she doesn't like to work there maybe find another job that doesn't require for her to greet people because she can't even do that right.

I paid good money for a half empty bowl that didn't taste very good. Don't think I'll be stopping in for anymore. $10 and some change went in the trash.
Worst smoothie I have ever had from a Smoothie King. On March 16, 2023, I stopped in around 3pm. I ordered a 32 oz chocolate hulk smoothie. The first smoothie, that the young guy made, wasn't a full cup. I made a question about it and he was told to make another. The second smoothie was made. I grabbed it and left. Once I began drinking, noticed it tasted watered down and awful. Not sure if he is in training but that was a waste of $12 for me. I will not be back to that location again.

We like some Smoothie King for sure. Only complaint is that the large drink is 40oz but the cup is 44oz so it always looks like you're not getting what you paid for. They immediately remade the order with no question. Customer service is top notch. The smoothies are really good. We'll be back because we go all the time.

Convenient location and friendly people. Super clean and you're in and out in no time. The vanilla gladiator protein with no sugar added strawberries and stevia is a low carb high protein option and super yummy. Highly recommend it.

My menu smoothie was made as described. Staff was efficient but not personable. The cashier said only what was needed and nothing else. Even after being informed that I'd never been there before there was nothing to say about how the Smoothies can be made with options. Or why there was a wall of supplements behind me. And I was literally the only one in the store.
