The store employees were really kind and they really made sure all my needs were meet when taking my order. When they came out with my food they were very nice with a smile and while I was eating they came back to check up on me and see if I was good. They really care about the costumer.
I’m a current resident who’s been in Odessa for almost two years.This Sonic itself was drastically enhanced and evolved since the new general manager who’s takes over the store. This sonic is a literal dumpster fire. Moved in the nearby community 2 weeks ago and the three times I’ve gone they never get it right, they lie, and will argue with you about it. We’ve decided we’re just gonna go to another sonic. The best thing they could do is close this down and put a “real” sonic there or something.
