Absolutely my favorite place to get my daily coffee. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxing and of course the coffee is the best!!!April 2024 added more: I consider the staff my coffee family. They are fantastic! The blueberry scones are the best!! And my coffee, white chocolate mocha is always perfect.
Today my husband and i decided to stop by our closest starbucks because our daughter seems to love it so much. When I was ordering the barista was not understanding quite well so I apologized for my inconvenience with a smile , the women with blonde-brown hair and a arm tattoo in her early forty’s looked at my very rudely and said “yeah , you are complicated” I was so stunned what she said i had to have my husband finish ordering. After all that our drinks still weren’t right, worst experience i’ve ever had.

Passing through, looked on Google and hours said it closes at 11 pm. Arrive at 10:30 ask if they are still open being all the outside lights were off on building. The young girl responded in a sarcastic tone, " barely" ordered a venti chai tea latte, that was bland watery and scolding hot. Usually this drink calms my stomach but I started feeling sick shortly after. Worst starbucks experience here in my life. Not a good location

Terrible service, the attitude of the cashier was very arrogant, my sister asked that they please warm her up a Danish cheese and in a very grotesque way I asked her why? And when I gave it back I threw it away, we drove 20 minutes here for that unpleasant experience.

Would give zero stars if possible. Waited over 30 mins for an online order and no way to get a refund through the app.

Did a mobile order for the bogo today, I knew it would be busy and because of this I ordered at 12:03 and didn't show up until 12:23, figuring 20 minutes was good. Nothing was ready so I went to front counter and was greeted by a "WHAT"... very charming.. I inquired and then the nice employee with shorter hair said I'm working on that right now. Walked out at 12:31. Maybe the angry bitter one at the register should consider other work if she's so hard up to even greet a customer with a simple hello. Wish I could say I won't be back but there's not a lot of options. Counting the days till Dutch is open with less hanis bitter staff. Shoutout to the employee with short hair though, you were great!

I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks, my favorite is the Mocha Frappuccino and that’s my to go place. But lately, whoever is making my order. They have been messing up my drink, I have no hate but I would like to get what I ask for. My money goes to waste sometimes since I just take a couple of sip and throw it away because it doesn’t even taste like the order I asked for. Never thought that I would ended up writing such review. So please kindly do your job properly! Thank you.
