rude! they don’t even greet you with a smile and they don’t even know the menu… i ordered one of those on the menu and he keeps asking me if i want that or that … its a premade menu so it means i want everything on it! i just went there for a to go order and coz they are kinda rude decided not to give a tip… and yep the 2 people like told me “she’s stingy” in front of my face after paying for the order! don’t expect a tip if your service is not good in the first place and it is optional! first bad experience on a subway….

There was no manager in the store. I will never come back to this place. Ghetto!!!! Left without buying anything.

They got both of my orders wrong. Put items I didn’t want on my sandwich and didn’t put the things I did want. Sandwich wasn’t cut and I didn’t receive my drinks that I also ordered. Absolute horrible. Waste of money and my time.

Horrible management and staff. ordered ahead and food wasn't ready when I got there. In fact they said they never got my order even though it showed received. I even showed them the ordered through the app. Manager was not helpful at all. I actually ended up having to go back up there when they realized they did have my order. Definitely won't be going back there again. Not worth the time.

I got the MexiCali it was really good. The vegetables were fresh. The sandwich was delicious. The place was really clean & the cashier was friendly. Overall good experience.
No one wearing hair nets or hats, guy on the cash register scratching his face and nose. Then helps wrap the sandwiches with no gloves

Never ever coming back to this subway, a bunch of kids run it who really and truly dont care about anything here. The two teenage boys who are always there don't have guest service. Nobody there does. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 1 wasn't even in the bag, 1 sandwich was made twice, 1 had three missing items on the sandwich, only 2 chips were in the bag when we ordered 4, we ordered on DoorDash and called subway back and they left me on hold for about 10 minutes and I heard the guy I was talking to in the background talking to another coworker saying I'm a liar, calling me crazy because he swore he put 4 sandwiches in the bag, and that's all he cared about he didn't care about the missing Chips, and what type of sandwiches they were. Subway needs to really observe their stores as well as that they need to make an age limit of at least 20+ instead of teenagers that don't know how to work and they are only doing it for the money.
