The Subway on West County and the one on Andrews Hwy have terrible customer service. I will not eat at these or any Subway again.

I think you need a new toaster! Ordered two sandwiches, had them toasted, and the chicken was cold in the middle, the cheese wasn't melted, and the bread was luke warm. And we only drove half a mile away before we ate, so there's no excuse.

The 2 girls working put up with my particular order and then some.. It makes it hard to eat out because of how I order my food so I generally don't anymore but every once in a while you run into people who care and actually take care of you without being upset the whole order. So definitely leaving a good review! Thank you

I went there on there yesterday (the 12) . The lady working was very nice. They were pretty busy at the time. She still took the time to give a smile. And be very nice. She did a real good job getting people their orders. I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I thought I might. A very good experience. Great job Stefani.

Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this location at ALL costs!!! With my chemo, all I crave is Subway roast beef sandwiches. I have placed 16 different orders in person, via app, and via Uber Eats at this location. Not a single order from this location has ever been even close to correct! They include everything I hate when it comes to ingredients and nothing I like (do pickles and olives come out of your personal paychecks?).However, the location on 42nd gets it right every single time AND goes above and beyond! The staff even takes the time to remember our names and preferences there whereas the Andrews Hwy location treats everyone like an inconvenience.Do everyone a favor and just CLOSE this location already!!!

So i enter for soup at 4pm on this Wednesday. First off I enter and I'm the only person in there. The employee said I'll be with you in just a minute.. as she stood there for 5 minutes, I'm watching her text on her phone. I proceeded to as if they had any soup.... her response was no. Maybe instead of having customers wait for you to be done on your phone maybe make some soup...DO YOU JOB!

I ordered a protein bowl online, and put that I didn't want olives or cucumbers. And they still put them in. Customer service was not good either
