Unbelievable..... I bought a sandwich and I asked for a cup of water and I was told that I have to pay for the cup or buy a bottle of water.

Went inside to get a sandwich told the lady three times I wanted a 12 inch sub Italian herb and cheese. And she still looked at me and asked me what size. Then I told her twice a BMT. . She then proceeded to look at me and still ask what kind of sandwich. She could barely speak English to me in return. She seemed to be the only one in the store.. workers should listen to customers better because I work at a subway myself.

I was waiting in line patiently and stepped out to take a work phone call because this establishment was loud due to the capacity of people. I then walked back in and got at the end of the line and the worker at the cash registered yelled at me and told me "you can't be running in and out of here, you need to leave". I felt very disrespected. She brought the manager out and I explained to her what happened, she did not have me leave because she realized I was an adult and not a student "playing"in the establishment. I simply stepped out to take a work call and respectfully got to the back of the line, and was yelled at in the most deplorable way. I am an avid subway customer and it is unfortunate that there are subway employees that feel the need to be disrespectful to their customers.

It is never busy when we go to this store and the woman is still too lazy to make a real salad for us. She refuses to chop the ingredients saying "we don't do that anymore - we stopped that" I asked how so? because we just had a chopped salad at another subway and she said they are a private business, not corporate- yet they can still have the name subway wtf???

I just called to cancel my online order and my experience was horrible. I called and misty answered the phone originally and I’m guessing she didn’t know what to do so she called for her manager Cristy if that’s even how you spell her name. She got on the phone and asked how could she help and I said “I’m calling to cancel my online order” and she said in a very rude and ugly tone “Why !?” Like can I not cancel my order ? I explained my reasoning and she said well it’s already made and I said I just ordered it not even 5 minutes ago and she said again in a NASTY tone “well it’s already made” and then she said “I’ll just void it” AND HUNG UP ON ME this establishment is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here.

Very rude employees I came during lunch full of high school students so sat down to wait to order and the lady working was a blonde chick told me I had 2 minutes to get in line to order or I had to leave and yelled at me across the store at that TERRIBLE!! I wouldn’t even rate this place one star amd she was on her phone while she had gloves on and making a sandwich unsanitary I’m sure she sits her but on the toilet with that phone disgusting

I ordered through the app, my order gets here half the items were missing i told the driver she said thats all they had gaven her, i try calling the store and the number is disconnected, only reason i dobt go up there is because I dont have transportation at the moment, which is why i ordered through the app ?

Much better since the upgrade. Nice to order online and pick up. Very clean and I love that they have the covers over the food.
