Today, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service! Upon stepping into the establishment, I was immediately greeted and assisted by a single woman who was managing the entire operation single-handedly. Curious about the staffing situation, I inquired if she had any assistance, to which she calmly explained that two of her colleagues had called out unexpectedly, leaving her to handle everything alone. Despite the impending lunch rush at 1 pm and the absence of additional support until 4 pm, she exhibited no signs of frustration or stress. Instead, she remained composed and fully prepared to tackle the workload ahead. Her remarkable display of resilience, dedication, and readiness to take on challenges head-on without complaint is truly admirable and speaks volumes about her character. It's evident that with such qualities, she is destined for great success in life.

Theres an employee there named David M who cant make a simple Philly Steak sandwich to save his life. refused to remake the ice cold sandwich that i offered to take back. He didnt even know that you cut footlongs in half. TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!!

I ordered online 40 mins in advance and was told online my order was done but when I got there it wasn’t and I was greeted rudely. Then u sat and waited for my order for 10 mins before I stood up and was again rudely asked “can I help you?” Also while I was waiting the guy was speaking Spanish which I don’t know but his tone was very rude and he seemed to be yelling at the woman working there and by her face she was upset and it was infront if everyone. Then I got my food and the bread is so hard and dry it’s scratched the roof of my mouth and taste like it’s been sitting there all day when they apparently just made it. Overall won’t be going to this subway again.

Staff is alway friendly and professional but sometimes they don't schedule accordingly and you'll have one person making 50 orders . One night I waited an hour after my pick-up time form my online order to get my sandwich cause he was swamped with people walking in and by himself.

Placed an order in the app. Got there they hadn't even started on it and I had one person with one sandwich in front of me. Got a big order right after I got there and think they forgot about half of mine. Waited 20 minutes and I heard one of them say oh she had 2 cheese pizzas. My sandwich wasn't toasted and it's incredibly messy because there's so much Mayo and honey mustard

Clean restaurant and restrooms . Well kept food . Cordial and attentive service . Had delicious meatball wrap and steak and cheese salad . Recommend to retrain employees about what to do after their lunch time and preparing food .
My Fiancé went into Subway between 8:10 PM and 8:30 PM on July 24, 2022 at 4812 E University Blvd Suite B Odessa, TX 79762 and the girl that was working that night is named Carly, she did not make our food correctly! They were very sloppy! My Fiancé asked for extra meat and extra pickles on my sandwich she made an extreme mess by putting extra everything and not to mention she was rude to him his sandwich was messy she put too much of the baby spinach on his sandwich but my sandwich literally I had pickles banana peppers mayonnaise lettuce everything went down my leg and down onto my brand new carpet and that is with the paper that your sandwich is wrapped in! She literally grabbed handfuls of everything. Very very disappointed! I called her and told her that she will never be allowed to make our sandwiches again and that I was contacting corporate about it. I’m going to take a picture of all of the stuff that was on my sandwich that comes falling out of it when I opened it

Since the menu change, I just can't see my way to eat here anymore. Back when they had the tomato basil and spinach wraps, it was a great place for me to eat while trying to lay off of bread. Now they just have these giant tortillas which have little to no taste.
