Had a drive thru order, got home, received ribs that were over cooked, half chicken was so small and over cooked, ordered potato salad received macaroni salad, it was tasty, side of jalapeños were toasted but ice cold in temperature. For $44, i was disappointed. I was looking forward to it, have had it in the past and enjoyed it.

They were apologetic about the situation.Thank you.I've been waiting days to make this review, but after waiting for some time, Super Pollo has yet to refund me after charging me twice. I've gone to the store, I've been told to wait, and I've called and spoken to their store manager but have yet to receive a refund. I was told that they now needed my card number, so I asked her to please help me resolve this in a different manner at this point. She did not call me back with a solution. I even offered to take food in place of the money. I'm upset that no one has been able to resolve this.

Maria Silva literally the best fast food employee ever! She made me feel like I was at home at a restaurant! Even early in the morning she’s always providing a smile even through the drive through you can tell that she’s smiling! This young lady deserves a raise, she’s not an employee she’s an asset. I’m always in and out within minutes when I’m in a rush. Even when I’m dining in she stays being active, never once do I see her on her phone or anything! She always provides top notch service. Her being bilingual is amazing. Gracias Maria!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Maria she was the absolute best! Her service was truly amazing, she’s super friendly and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is being treated and taken care of in a timely manner, she continued to have a smile on her face even through a rush of people coming in to top it off the food was absolutely delicious especially the quesadillas and chicken. My family and I will be coming back to see Maria Silva again!
I was not able to order. No one was talking orders. I believe there is barely any staff here. Waited over 15 mins for someone in the drive through. Had to go to work. Also, the food is good. But I get surprise plates because there is a language barrier. Very nice staff if you get someone. But I believe it's a one person show in there as of lately. It's slower that Wendy drive through.
