This wendys is horrible. If you order off the app your order will always be wrong and nasty, and you will always still have to wait up to 30 mins for your food. The last time I ordered online, drove up, sat in like for 20 mins then had to wait in the parking spot for 45 mins and when I got home they didn't even give me the right salad and the drinks were flat. And the burger was nasty..I had to then drive back up there and they could only give me my money back which I took to whataburger and their salad was fire. AVOID THIS WENDYS LIKE THE PLAUGE

This place is a joke at drive thru, needs serious help in drive thru. Not efficient at all. Slow as molasses while taking order. Even when. Not busy at all 2pm.. won't acknowledge you being in drive thru at intercom. Will ignore you. And take sweet time to take your order. Untrained employees are driving your clientele away from this busniess. This place should be busy.. I drove off from drive thru. Good luck.

WHERE'S THE BEEF? Went through the drive thur only one car in front of me, both of us had to wait for our food. Baconator not the size advertised, not even palm size. Thought I was given the junior, if mine was small, the junior must be Bascuit size. Fries finally good, large frosty, charged as a medium served in a small cup.

I started coming to this location when T-Mobile gave away free Dave's Singles, and it amazes me every time. The food is good, the restaurant is extremely clean, and I generally have my food in hand within a minute of paying. They never poke fun at me for using discounts, and my order has never been wrong. If y'all have the option, go here instead of the Wendy's near the university - that one is terrible.

I didn't like it at all, plus when we arrived they took their time to take my order, there was no ice or drinks, some were hot, there was no ketchup or jalapenos and my fries were super cold and hard, the lettuce on my burger is frozen and the floor is the biggest wet

Placed a very simple order at the drive thru. 1 meal they didn't have the drink we wanted. Meal #2 didn't have the drink either. Ordered 3 frosties only to hear they don't have that either. Finally received food after 30 minutes just to get home & have drinks that were made of multiple sodas in 1 cup. Cold fries. Raw patties. The only reason I gave a star is cause it's the only way to write a review, not that it will do any good it's pretty clear their management cares less. WILL NOT BE RETURNING
