The girl on the drive through window was rude, no greeting just said you want a burger or what. These people need basic skills on how to interact with customers even if it's through a speaker. DO BETTER

Ordered thru my app for a curbside pickup I got there and parked on the space number 1 put it on my app what space I was at and waited for about 15 minutes and no one came out to bring me my order so I got off and they wasn t busy and a lady (employee) was clocking in and was the only one who acknowledged me and helped me other employees looked like they didn't have any energy to be there including manager with dark hair around 8:15am on 4/2/2024 the manager didn't even acknowledge me at least to apologize this is the second time this happens. I WILL NOT BE GOIN TO THAT LOCATION ANYMORE!!!

Deliver truck blocked me in couldnt back out of a parking spot had to drive over curb so I could get to work.
Lots of employees but not good service.Everyone standing there talking to each other and forget orders.Waited there about 30 minutes before getting my order and it's was cold.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich ,grilled onions ,buffalo sauce on it ,what I got was old lettuce raw onions no buffalo sauce ,I don’t know what was so hard about getting that order right ,top it off they took 13 minutes for my order to be ready and it wasn’t even busy I was the only customer in there they had a full staff from looks of it
