Ran by possibly the worst manager or individual in the kitchen, but probably a combination of both. I waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes, then they said their computer crashed, then they couldn't remember the order, then they kept having so many vehicles do the vehicle shuffle and people behind me were getting thier food before me, they wanted me to keep moving around thier parking. They tried to give 3 different people's order, and then the manager stuck her head out the window and said the line needs to move. How about bring the food i waited for. Its a chicken sandwich, not astrophysics.

Just got our order the lady at the window was extremely rude or drinks were wrong she asked me if I wanted condiments and then told me it's going to be 43¢ and I said okay we'll never mind you should ask me before I paid. Our food is cold. And we had to wait 15 minutes and she had me move up twice. We went at 9:00 in the morning. If you're going to a Whataburger I would choose a different one.

Every time we visit this restaurant the wait is ridiculous. We wait 45 minutes in drive thru with no help. Pulled into drive thru at 11:30, they handed us the order behind us and gave our order to another car. Very unorganized and non efficient system.

Ordered a mobile order pick up in which my husband picked up for me. When he got home I was missing my condiments, my drink was wrong (I asked for sweet tea and received unsweet), & left my kids apple juice. I called to see what accommodation can be made for the wrong drinks. I asked for a manager in which the guy said there was none on that I could contact customer service for a refund. I asked when the manager would be in and I’ll call back. He then mentioned he was the manager on shift but I brought it to his attention that he said there was no manager. The conversation didn’t go anywhere I told him it was okay and he hung up on me. Customer service is trash! Needs better management!

Maybe it was because we came here on Easter Sunday but WOW!! We ordered two green Chile burgers , fries and onion rings to dine in. It was crazy busy so I knew the food would take a little while.They brought the order out but only one green Chile burger.. I told him I ordered two but he went back and the cashier only heard me say one. I told her I ordered two so she said I'll charge you for a second one....The second burger took forever, after already waiting a good while for the first order.It was absolute mayhem in there!! Too many people at the counter, including customers and door dash or Uber food drivers..they need parking pick up for food delivery and none of the orders were right.. the soda counter area was disgusting and sticky with trash in the floor. We ate outside and with the traffic on 42nd going it was better out there than inside.. The food was great but that's it.

Update 03/2024: curbside still takes exorbitant amounts of time, like they don’t have their staff trained to even think about it.Curbside might take an hour so be forewarned

Very good experience , I love their food. I got the green chile double, the buns were warm and fresh , the patty was juicy cooked just right , I highly recommend this restaurant if you’ve never tried it.

Edit: Hey elderly lady window worker today at lunch 2/28/24, didnt think i would say Anything, right? Why did they hire you if you discriminate? Next time he comes through, i want you to treat him with respect, the same way you want to be treated when youre spending 2 hours of your paycheck on food that has been declining in quality for too long. If you can't do that, I'm going to come through in the lobby to order. Also, will be giving corporate office a jingle. Yep, they want to keep everything up to Texas standards.Biscuits and gravy, gravy was flour water with dots of sausage. Didnt eat it, didn't have ANY consistency to it
