Absolutely fantastic customer service! I can not thank these guys enough. I had ordered online and canceled almost immediately on a last second decision, which was silly of me. I hadn't actually gotten my refund after waiting the time estimated, so I followed up with them.They were patient and kind about the entire incident, even going out of their way to look up the order and had it refunded. I had also ordered some food as I was following up and I couldn't be more satisfied! My order was handed to me on time fresh and hot.I do recommend ordering from this location if you want to eat fresh food and receive the best customer service. Keep it up, guys! I love the positive environment!

Walked into the store and took a look at the menu for a moment and when me and my family were ready to order the guy at the counter cuts us off and says its going to be almost an hour wait time. On top of that ordering online for BOTH locations was shut off so nobody could place orders online. I was put on hold at both stores for over 15 minutes and they just put me on hold and never expected to answer because afterwards it just rang and rang and rang. Mind you the lobby was EMPTY. Something seriously needs to change here. It’s pretty ridiculous how a multi million dollar franchise is even having these types of issues. THIS PLACE STINKS!

Waited over 45 minutes for fast food. I know they are busy. My food was cold 8 piece lemon pepper and fries, not acceptable. My husband's food was warm enough to eat, he had the voodoo special, but fries were cool too!

It would help if they weren’t always leaving out half of your order during delivery and if when they delivered, they didn’t put the food directly in front of your door so that you can spill everything while opening it.
