When it comes to wings, Wingstop is not the cheaper option so when I order here I expect higher quality wings and better flavors, however, this is not the case here in this location. A lot of the wings are overcooked and have a bunch of feathers on them which is very unappetizing. I wish they could take more pride in their work and improve the quality. Not one person wearing a hair net there is a smaller Hispanic male with a full gown beard cooking in the back that’s disgusting and I will be calling corporate on this

I door dashed my order I wanted well done wings I spent 92$ still had to get in my car to return the wings I called ahead and told them my order wasn't up to my standards I get there I wait about 2min I check my food and its still not well done wings well done mean crispy the manager told me he wasn't going to make it a 3rd time I informed him i didnt mind waiting a extra 30 min long as I could get everything fresh after having to drive back up there he decides to make everybody order besides mine I end up waiting an hour by then I was on the phone with wing stop customer service I couldn't believe this was a manager he never apologized he never said anything but talk noise to his crew in the back like I couldn't here him if this is a Manager they should definitely close down I asked for his name so I could give it to the customer complaint lady he tells me HE CANT GIVE ME HIS NAME as a GM IN FOOD MANAGEMENT I NEW THIS WAS A LIE if a customer ask for your name you give it the same way if I wanted to place a good review I bet he would have gave me his name the cashier in the front was very nice he was more like a manager trying to accommodate me while the manager was in the back trying to get the GM ON THE PHONE THIS PLACE A BIG NO THEY NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT THEY NEED TO HIRE SOMEBODY THAT ACTUALLY DEAL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGEMENT ON DUTY WAS ARGUEING WITH ME WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE HEARD HIM SHE WROTE DOWN EVERYTHING IF YOUR THE Gm reading this review please reach out I think the manager name is CHRIS YOU SUCK YOU SHOULD BE FIRED

Went here over the weekend with the family to get some Wings for the football games, we ordered the Lemon Pepper and Buffalo Hot Bone in, the wings were good but as we were eating we were noticing it was making us nauseas, so we stopped eating them and then at night my daughter threw up all night because of the wings, also myself and my wife became ill. The wings must not have been handled or cooked correctly. I also noticed a lot of workers not being clean inside the kitchen, could have been also cross contamination. I did a quick google search and a lot of Texan chains have also been having these issues with WingStop. Management please train on how to handle food to your workers please. I will not be going back to these chains.
