The Pizza Hut on 42 st was disgusting hardly any toppings on a supreme pizza or sauce it was like eating cardboard. Pizza use to be the bomb back in the day now it's so commercialized it's ridiculous. Never orders from there again I am done!!

We ordered on-line and had it delivered. The delivery driver was friendly. We got our pizza very quickly and it was hot. We will definitely order from 8th street again! It was delicious!!!

ordered online and after waiting 1hour for my order to be delivered they forget to bring the wings I called to the store to get a refund and they told me the wings were being delivered and hanged up on me very disappointed would not recommend pizza hut at this location 8th street in odessa

Me and wife went the buffet at lunch time, and there happened to be a piece of hair that was cooked along with the pizza. When we took our concern to the employees, they nearly had no clue what to say or do, and actually blamed my wife that she put her own hair in there. Horrible service do not recommend this place to anyone looking for pizza.
NEVER RECEIVED MY PIZZA! Was given no explanation, this is because we did a pre-order at 11am for a delivery at 1pm and nothing. Since we had no idea what was going on it actually cost me and my coworker our lunch! Better off staying away!!!!!!!!!

The worst called it in still had to wait 25 minutes asked for light sauce nope did not get paid for extra cheese nope and chicken wings had a chemical taste the staff unfriendly did not know what they were doing the waitress was walking eating never again

Worst experience ever!!!! The manager wanted to argue about it when I called. The one on University is the best one too bad you can't choose which one delivers your pizza! On the up side the delivery driver was very nice she should teach the manager how not to be rude

I ordered pizza for my children while I was out of town we had to call and change it from delivery to carry out and then the pizza was smashed with all the cheese on the lid of the box and then on top of it my children says it taste bad. Have a little bit of pride in your work. Nobody likes getting crap to eat. Two weeks ago we ate at a Pizza Hut in Sherman, TX and it was the best pizza that we have ever ordered from Pizza Hut. Somebody needs to retrain the staff in this store!

I had delivery the pizza arrived before their quoted time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. But..... The pizza seemed a little over cooked, the breadsticks were good and the Chocolate Chip cookie. They forgot my cheese sticks so the delivery guy had to go get them and bring them back. Overall
