The new general management was super nice attentive and did everything she could to make sure she was giving excellent service. I've been a customer of Pizza Hut for many years and I'm not gonna change anytime soon.

Raw pizzas no wings and was on hold last night for two hours couldn't get a manager.. it's now the next day and I haven't got to talk to anyone and have been on hold for an hour.. a bunch a of trash worker there especially the management

If I could give half a star I would. I came and the dining area was filthy. I've always loved Pizza Hut but it's just not it today. Their fountain drink machine wasn't working. I ordered bottled drinks instead. One was hot. Tables were sticky and the carpet was dirty. It'll be take out from now on. It's been a while since I've dined in but now I remember why we don't.

said To be a 30 minutes for delivery, after an hour I called to check, when I called they said it was messed up and on the way, I waited another hour still not here. I called several times and never got an answer waited a total of 3 hours before I gave up.. They wouldnt pick up the phone so I couldn't even call to cancel, they never showed up to my house anyways.

I ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon rolls online and it said 40-50 minute delivery. After 50 min went by with the tracker still stating that my pizza was being made, I called to confirm status. Was told they were “behind” and it would be 20-30 more minutes. As we reached the 2 hour mark, my father just drove to the store to pick it up and they hadn’t even started to make my food yet.

This Pizza Hut has the worst service. I have been hung up 4 times today. I can hear employee cursing in the background, a manager saying “I ain’t getting that phone.” I heard the manager giving credits. Our arrived cold and our drink was hot.

This is the worst pizza hut in Odessa. They cancelled my order without calling. Delivery service is super slow and the employees don't really know what they're doing. I would recommend that you eat anywhere else but here. I will never order from here again.

Unfortunately slow service, we had ordered a pizza online for the convenience of it, but it took even more than 30 min to get our pizza seeing others getting their pizza

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! My wife placed an order at 5:30p and didn't get it until 7:45p. Over a 2 hour and 15 min wait. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! To add insult to injury, our food was cold and dry. COMPLETELY 100% UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

Met an employee named Anthony tonight. Ordered our usual and when he was delivering our food, he told us about a blend on thg he wings that he does, then he made some for us to try. Fantastic, you have got to go in and ask for Anthony and his wing blend. It is a mix of lemon pepper, cajun seasoning, bbq sauce and a hot sauce. Some of the best wings I have ever had. Service was fast and food was great.

Disappointing..... staff is not professional starting with management... lots of profanity and poor service. Order all wrong. Hair in our food...lots of chaos and disorganization.
