Always stop here on my way to Louisiana, great Boudain and Hog Crackling to snack on and you can purchase frozen items to cook later from wild game, smoke sausage, boudain, etc. Love
Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Their sausage and boudin are amazing! Bought some deer sausage but haven't tried it yet but if it's like the other food I got I'm sure it will be great. Had a loaded sausage poboy, I'd go back for another!

Even though the food was amazing. The friendly service from the girl with the crazy hair named Nicola was what made my whole day. I ordered minutes before closing and still received great food and service with the best attitudes. Ty to the chef and Nicola!! Great place if your a trucker, park at pilot and walk across the street.
