Will never go back there. Minimal ingredients on the pizza. Manager refused to honor a carry out only coupon. There is no dining in at this location. Employees are very rude.

Ordered in person a medium Thin crust pizza and got home to find a nasty thick crust pizza. Pizza is dry and no flavor. Terrible pizza for twenty bucks for a medium. I can get a thin crust pepperoni pizza by Jack. It's 4.39 and it's a frozen pizza from the frozen section. It's better then Pizza Hut. Never again.

Rude staff! They put no sauce on $55 worth of pizza even though we ordered extra sauce. This is the second time. I see in complaints we're not the only people this has happened to. Called and was put on hold and then hung up on. Called back, they refused to answer. Incompetent is an understatement. They also don't know how to cut the pizzas. A regional manager needs to have a visit here and train people to do their jobs properly!! It's over 18 miles to the store one way for us so running back isn't exactly an option unless someone is going to pay me for gas and my time. Won't be bothering again, in the meantime I want my money back!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered the big new Yorker with xtra pepperoni and got two to each slice of pizza. The manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. My receipt code was: fka2h3thzj2. If reviews are looked into, I would try and get a grip on the leadership.

I called and ordered the pizza hut melts. They were hot and ready when I arrived. Perfect timing! And Chrissy is so friendly! I've talked with the manager about employment with the team. Hopefully I'll be a pizza hut professional!

I had the worst pizza here, it was cold when the delivered it, which they didn't even come to my hotel room, my son had to go to the front desk for and it wasn't even hot when it was delivered! They forgot some of my order and I don't see how they told me they were so busy, the guy couldn't even take my order and someone else had to do it! They told me 30-45 mins and the hotel was 10 mins away!! There is no way u can make pizza wings and breadsticks and still be at the hotel in 15 mins , that pizza had to been sitting there for God knows how long. I do not recommend them at all, I ended up throwing up the pizza a hour later with horrible stomach pain!! Never again!

Walked in to the store to order everyone just stared at me no one spoke or said a word to me. I stood there waiting patiently for 5 minutes and still nothing, so I walk out and some lady has the nerve to say “okay bye”. I feel they did not want to serve or speak to me because I am black terrible experience someone could have at least greeted me when I walked in if they were busy you could have at least said I’ll be right with you or something not keep me waiting without a word smh .
