Sat in the drive-through, ignored by counter help too busy leaning on the counter and playing on her phone to come to the window. Two employees in the back noticed me, but neither acknowledged me. So I called the restaurant to let them know I was in the drive-through, but they wouldn't answer the phone. Where are the owners?
If you are thinking about coming here Don't! Run away as fast as you can. I witnessed horrible customer service and employees fighting amongst each other. The lady next to me had been waiting 45 minutes for her "hot and ready" and when she requested a refund money was thrown at her. Another lady said she had been waiting for 30 minutes for 1 "hot and ready". I don't recommend this location.
