I used to love Starbucks but now I am just disappointed every time. The coffee is burned or old. I'm so sad, I miss the way it used to be.

This is one of my regular spots that I go 3-5 times a week nearly all day to study with my group and I haven’t had any problems until today. I got kicked out because I brought outside food into the store which I’ve done for the last few years without problem. I spent nearly $200 a week here which will save me money I guess at this point but I don’t plan on coming back anymore.

I went in ordered a coffee and a pastry because the drive through line was to long after waiting 15 minutes and looking at other people that came after me get their coffee I asked the young lady what was going on and she checked her tablet to see that they made a mistake. I understand mistakes happpen but first you see me there standing for a long time why would you check on me second an apology would of been nice, that didn't happen left the pasture behind and told her not to worry about my coffee 12 bucks and 15 minutes of my time right down the toilet.

I love it! The eggie bites and the cream cheese danishes paired with your favorite coffee! If you need suggestions...the baristas are so helpful pick out something you'll love!

Really? Order a trenta which is 30oz and didn't pay attention until I was 1/2 way home that they gave me a tall. Cup and order say "tr". Well that was 6.50 down the drain.

I come here all of the time, but the past two times the service wasn’t great. The staff isn’t the friendliest, and always seem frustrated and rude when we order. I work in customer service, so I understand having bad days, but there’s no need to take it out on customers who are nothing but friendly and cooperative.

Friendly service but it took quite some time to receive my coffee. All I ordered was a grande pike. It was just like all the other Pikes I get at all the other Starbucks. It’s not great but it does perk me up.
During the busy holiday season, I was immensely impressed by the Starbucks staff here. Despite the rush, they were incredibly kind and efficient, preparing my coffee quickly. I'm grateful for their exceptional service during this hectic time!

The inside is so dirty. Looks like the store hasn't been cleaned in months. The first time I saw it like this. I thought maybe they had a busy night. I went back a few days and the same. Went back again today. Worse now I'm scared they may not be cleaning the coffee pots and other utilizes. Very concerned ? ?
