This is BY FAR the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve been from Maine, Florida, Texas, California, Washington, Missouri, you name it I’ve been there. And the Location on 16th Street in Orange, TX is the best. The food is hot, it’s fresh, it’s the right portion, never have to go back and correct them. The service is outstanding. Whoever at Taco Bell needs to read this, 16th st Orange, TX Taco Bell is your best asset. They get it right EVERY time.

The food was good we got it to go, but they forgot one of our items. But that happens sometimes to everyone.
I have lived north of Orange for almost 5 years. I frequent this taco bell often. I can say, there's been a very very few times, my order has been wrong. But 99% of the time. This staff has done a really awesome job. I appreciate the team they have. And I am grateful my order is right, the staff is courteous, and it's usually done in a timely manner. So Thank you Team at Taco Bell
At this point they just need to shut this restaurant down permanently, they never get anything right and they clearly have no regard for customer service nor quality of service. They just don’t care. They gave my DoorDash order to someone else when the door dash driver got to the restaurant she called me and let me know what happened, I tried calling the store as usual no answer… just fire the whole crew they don’t want to work!
