It's a great restaurant with tons of food options for everyone. I never knew it was there until I needed to meet someone for a business luncheon before going to Sherwood Forest Faire.

Been here before and was great but today I Took my mom for her birthday. The server took our entire order drinks, appetizers and entree all at once we got our drinks and appetizers about 20 mins later we got drink refills about 20 mins later he comes to bring us the check, we look confused because we never received our food he says he will go check comes back to say the order was never put in but confused because how do we have a receipt but they don’t have a food ticket so we end up leaving with out our food and my mom only got chips and queso and a drink for almost a hour of our time.

The last two times we have been to Roadhouse, we have been disappointed. Last night we went for dinner. The experience left us wondering if we will ever go back. We were served the appetizer without any plates to eat it on. My husband had to walk up to the bar area to ask for them because we couldn't get a waitresses attention. She never came back to fill our drinks, so I went up to another waitress and asked her to please let ours know we need drink refills. Still nothing happened. We watched our waitress walking around but not serving us. I went back to the waitress that I had asked for help from, and she assured me that she told our waitress what we needed. In the end, the second waitress brought our refills. When the food came out, they forgot the salad. We had to call a waitress over and ask for it. It was small, in a paper bowl, and tasteless. The food was just mediocre at best and the music was so LOUD you couldn't have a conversation unless she was on a break. They are still serving food on paper plates and for their prices, we would rather go to a restaurant that uses real plates.

Terrible service, no one wanted to serve our table. After 40 minutes some lady came never introduced herself "I guess I'm your server". We should have left right then and there. Waited hour and a half for our order and it never got fully done.Had to share the little food it managed to get to the table (cold) to feed our kids. You could see kitchen staff just walking around doing nothing. All we got was a sorry.Just drive away, find something else.Terrible, Terrible place...

Save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else. Used to be a favorite but this place has gone down down. You will sit and wait and wait for your food. Then finally you will see your food sitting and sitting as it gets cold before it finally makes it to your table. Luke warm to cold. Burgers overcooked. Fries soggy. Onion rings greasy. Everything served on paper plates should be a clue.

The service was horrible. They brought our salads after they brought our entree, then only two of the three. Never came by to see if we need any refills on our tea. We have eaten there before and the service was wonderful and food was great. But not tonight.

Excellent food, friendly faces, good service and good beer selection. It seems like every time I've been there there's always live music and it's never been less than great. The jalapeño cream cheese burger is my go to (with some sweet potato fries) and it's tough to beat. Drop by, you won't be sorry

Saw the great reviews and went here. Everything seemed alright at first, but the service quickly became a problem. We ordered chips and queso for an appetizer. It took forever for the chips to come out, and even longer for the queso to come out, even after reminding the waitress multiple times. The queso chili "thing" was also pretty bad, obviously frozen. Our main food eventually arrived, and it was edible, but not anything paticularly good. The steaks were cooked wrong and were tough and bland. The burgers were bland as well. The grilled potatoes were hard and overcooked. We never got two side salads for our order, like we literally NEVER got them. We asked the waitress 3-4 times, but the salads just never came and were discounted off our ticket. (After the waitress said she could get them to go, we asked for the discount, her telling us sure, her not discounting it off the ticket and us having to ask again and her saying she had to speak to her manager, in which they discounted it. Not sure why she didn't speak to her manager first.)I work at a resturant, a side salad takes 2 seconds to make, like... How does it just never come out? Frozen chili too- just scoop it out of the metal tray and give it to the table that's reminded you multiple times? Missing food is an okay mistake, but not being able to get the food, after multiple reminders, or just indefinitly, shows that you're not trying to get the food (especially since it would take no time to make). At the resturant I work at, we are trained so that if someone has something missing or something wrong with their food, we fix it immediately and bring it back to them. Not fixing these easy mistakes just shows that someone didn't care. The food went from bland to bad and we were frustrated with our missing food. Wouldn't recommend.

This used to be one of our favorite spots to eat. We went just yesterday, and they are now serving meals on disposable plates! And their prices are not inexpensive. I don’t expect to be served on disposable plates at a restaurant like this! What gives??? We were a party of four, and each person’s order came out separately. We did not dine together. On top of that, the wait staff had bad attitudes. They were quite snooty toward us. The manager in duty sat at a table with his girlfriend with his back to the kitchen and bar. He was clueless as to the problems and appeared not to care. This is the second time in a row that we have encountered problems here. The time before this, we sat at the bar for 10 minutes before we just left. NOT ONE PERSON stopped to take our order. They don’t even look at us! Yesterday was our last time to give this place a chance to fix things. We won’t be going back and don’t recommend that you do either.
