I had the best customer service experience today. I went in for a few groceries, when I made my way to the produce I was trying to find bananas to my preference. An employee by the name Pedro helped me out and took it upon himself to pull me a fresh bunch from the back. He let me know if I needed anything else he was there to help. Pedro deserves to be commended for his work and even a salary promotion for his services. Thanks again, Pedro!

We are new to the area and usually go to Walmart. Hubby suggested we go here yesterday and I think I have a favorite store in Mission now. I was really impressed - selection of produce and grocery items, prices, cleanliness of the store, helpful staff!! We will definitely be back to shop there again!

We just left this HEB and my mom went alone she doesn’t speak English but she understands some of it. The cashier was taking forever besides that he tried telling my mom to step back 6 feet all time but my mom didn’t understand very good what he meant till he pointed to the floor where the sign says 6 feet at all times he started telling the customer in front her “this lady not understanding what I say she should learn English by now” once she told me I was about to get off but she said she put him in his place!! If it weren’t because she didn’t want to tell me who this person was I would’ve told his manager at gotten him fired!!!

HEB is way over rated and over priced. I wish Kroger would come into south Texas and kick some a*** The fruit and veggies were loade with fruit flies.

While I love our HEB is so close... I'm HATING their plastic bags... they are of very poor quality... and then they want to stuff them! already had several bad experiences with the bags tearing.. c'mon HEB, your quality of service should be better than that
