The bad texture and taste of the corn tortillas sold by other tortillerias is, because they are made using processed corn powder mix that is reconstituted with hot water. This is a family owned business with the best tortillas and totopos anywhere in the Valley. Not only do they sell the tortillas in this location but also distribute to local grocers, including HEB.
