We're 4 old farts traveling cross country in a van. Craving Italian food after so many BBQ and Mexican restaurants we stopped here for dinner. We almost drove away. It's located in the rear of the shopping center and has a small store front with a sign on door that reads "limited seating g". With three out of 4 being limited mobility we needed seats not take out. The sign when you get closer clarifies outdoor seating is limited. There was a huge dining area inside. Very good seafood salad of tilapia on lots of spinach and just right seasoning.Parking: Just park out front. It's not next to the road. It's in an outdoor mall.Wheelchair accessibility: All ground level.

Food is not that great. The bread was cold couldn't even melt the butter and spaghetti is the worst I've ever had. The chicken Picata was pretty good though. but for the prices should be 10× better food.
