Chicken with a creamy mushroom sauce and rive with vegetables. I'm not a rice fan, but THIS RICE YUMMMM! I also ordered refried beans and literally, you want to just lick the spoon after! Everything was seasoned perfectly! Homemade tortillas were the bomb!

The food was okay. I wasn’t overly impressed by anything. It was a decent meal that filled a hole. I didn’t like the red sauce that came with the papusas and the papusas tasted strange to me. I like only two of the street tacos, one of the tacos I got tasted like it had mustard in it. Overall, it wasn’t bad food. If I was in the area I might pop in here to eat, but I won’t go out of my way to travel here to eat.I liked the quiet atmosphere though and felt like it was a peaceful dinner experience. The servers were nice enough.

Was craving some breakfast tacos and stopped in for a quick takeout. It was early around 9:30 am and the lady handed me a menu and a smile. I asked if she had breakfast tacos because I didn’t see them on the menu. She went back and another lady came out and said we can make them for you. I told her I would like 3 egg burritos with onion, tomato, jalapeños and cheese. She asked if I would like my beans on them or on the side. I said on the side. These were $9 each which I thought was a little expensive however, the quality and quantity were worth it. One of these were big enough for one person. The tortillas tasted homemade and these tacos were the bomb. The hot sauce is fantastic and the beans are whipped, light and tasty too! I’ll be back!

This place is awesome! The food was incredibly good and our waitress was kind. My favorites were the queso dip, the platanos, and the homemade tortillas.

Half the menu has changed vs what's on here and the staff acted like they didn't want to be there even when I was the only customer in there hours before they closed.

My son went here one night, pretty much right as they were closing. He said they were very gracious and served him any way. That impressed me! He sent a photo of his plate, which looked very appealing. I decided to try them out. The restaurant is tucked away in the deep corner of a strip mall. Very clean, well lit, with booths u0026 tables. Food is traditional Mexican/Latin. It is a bit pricier than I expected, but you do get a lot on the plate and prices are higher everywhere now. I ordered their Chilequilles, with red u0026 green sauces. The green sauce is definitely the best, with better flavor u0026 a bit of heat. The red sauce wasn't bad, I just didn't care for the flavor, which of course is completely subjective. Give the red a try, it might work for you. They also offered a sour cream sauce, had I wanted it. This dish comes with 2 eggs and beans. Turned out to be way more food than it appeared u0026 more than I could eat! I neglected to tell them how I wanted my eggs cooked, so what I got was 2 very thick, over fried eggs. The yolk was completely cooked and the eggs were tough. Though I am not sure why they overcooked the eggs so very much, I fully claim responsibility for it - no communication from me. Next time I will tell them how I want my eggs! Beans were OK. Could use more flavor. I didn't get, nor ask for, any salsa. The beans might be better with salsa. I find that beans u0026 rice at most restaurants are kind of blah. My son ordered the Carne Asada and said that the nopales was good, as was the steak. Said rice and beans were a bit bland. He said he would definitely go back. Service was prompt and the staff very nice. As mentioned before, the restaurant was very clean. They have a good variety of dishes to chose from and I got breakfast at 1 pm, so the entire menu is available through the whole day. If you are looking for a place to try, I suggest coming here. I plan to come back and try several different dishes.

Ate lunch here with my sister. Really pretty dining room. I had a quesadilla and sister had the salmex plate. Waitress was really friendly and the food was ready fast. Their tea was really good. Kind of a hidden gem in the corner of a shopping center. Will be coming back for sure!

This is a hidden gem... it's Tucktaway in the corner by the foot spa... Are used to be an Italian restaurant, but now it sells really tasty El Salvadoran favorites... you should come and try! They seem to be busier at lunch and they are at dinner. But that's because the downtown kinda empties out.

A hidden gem in corner of Pantego shopping center. Serves fresh & flavorful Mexican food. Relaxing music & surroundings. Our breakfast was the absolute best we have had in the metroplex. Plates & utensils are spotless. Even better...it is BYOB! In addition to booths/tables for four there is also one table for 8 or 10guests. Service is excellent also. You will not be disappointed!Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of spaces.
