Had a doordash order and for some reason they decided to lock the inside before their usual time to close the inside and the lady expected me to get in a long drive thru line for my order when I was literally watching her bag the order. Terrible service.

I remember now why I quit eating there years ago. It was late & I was hungry but wanted something close to my home. It was horrible!!!!

Came in the drive through and ordered the ultimate bacon burger combo. Was told to pull up and wait in a spot upfront for my meal. Came home and OF COURSE a burger with NO BACON on it. What was I waiting for?

Lovely staff which is nice when going late night. Food was good! The taco wasn’t drowning in sauce which let me make it a good sauce to taco ratio, which is rare and I appreciated it!

I placed a mobile order tonight, and it was the worst service I've ever experienced at Jack in the box. Ordered 2 bacon Swiss buttery jack combos neither sandwich had Swiss. Both kids' meals that I ordered were missing drinks, and then fries were hard like they were days old. I will never go to this place again. I really hate that I wasted my money

Ah, let me regale you with the sublime experience that was my recent gastronomic adventure at Jack in the Box – the epitome of culinary innovation. I had the sheer pleasure of indulging in their avant-garde chicken sandwich, a true masterpiece that redefines the very essence of the genre. The chicken sandwich, a delicate interplay of crispy breading and elusive poultry, was a poetic ode to the art of minimalism. Who needs an overwhelming abundance of meat when you can have a delicate whisper of chicken ensconced in a fortress of golden-brown breading? It's a bold move, really, challenging the conventional notion that a sandwich should actually contain substantial filling. The breading, oh the breading! It was a culinary marvel that eclipsed the mundane expectations of a balanced sandwich. The ratio of breading to meat was so impeccably skewed that every bite felt like a clandestine dance of crunch and air, leaving me yearning for more of that tantalizing void where meat should have been. And let's not forget the ingenious approach to condiments – a mere suggestion of mayo and a hint of lettuce. A stroke of brilliance, really, allowing the crispy symphony of breading to take center stage without the distracting accompaniment of flavor. It's a bold choice that elevates simplicity to an art form.In conclusion, Jack in the Box has redefined the chicken sandwich game. This is not your ordinary poultry-laden fare; it's a culinary voyage into the realm of breading-centric euphoria. If you're tired of the mundane and crave a sandwich that challenges the very essence of sandwichness, Jack in the Box is your gastronomic haven. Kudos to their culinary avant-garde, for it takes a bold visionary to redefine the chicken sandwich landscape in such a groundbreaking manner!

JITB -- it's not just a meal, it's an adventure. We went here a few days ago.Our order took forever, because, we learned, they gave our food to a drive- thru customer. So it had to be remade.I ordered a piece of cheesecake. The expiration date on it was 2021 -- two years ago! (See photo.)I contacted JITB, and of course received no response.Crew was friendly, but not friendly enough to make up for potential food poisoning. We'll be going somewhere else in the future.

Ordered through UberEats…never again. How y’all give somebody uncooked but hard and burnt fries. Mini tacos greasy and burnt. The chicken sandwich was horrendous like somebody really in frying food and leaving it in the grease longer than the cook time and sending customers anything. The pictures tells it all.

Drive through always takes ages. God forbid you go through in the evening. One of the drive thru guys just has the WORST attitude. I only go there because it's cheap and on the way home... Not anymore. Probably just gonna go to the one past my house.

I told the lady that I wanted to try a sauce, and she recommended some other sauces that I didn't even really know about and threw them on my plate for me to try. Was very courteous. She didn't try to rush me and when I was saying that eating when she walked by she made small talk. It was really friendly and really
