This place was highly recommended and I’m very un sure why - the sandwich was bland and so cold it felt frozen, the turkey tasted months old, all I could taste was the awful relish.the staff was very rude with no personality or greetings farewells - won’t return, won’t recommend.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. I love their homemade rotisserie chicken sub! There is nothing like it anywhere else. Best subs in Arlington Tx hands down!

I have been a general manager at Subway, Whichwich, and trainer at Jimmy John's and this is Absolutely the best friendliest sandwich shop around!

What a bummer... We've been meaning to stop by for ages and we finally did. We were super excited, but instead of finding a new local gem to enjoy, we now finally understand why another reviewer called the subs "disrespectful." At first we thought they just meant because of the politics plastered everywhere or the very "strange" service... but no... it's the heavily processed and questionably fresh nature of every single ingredient. Fake "cheese product" instead of real cheese, incredibly sparse meat (but that was a relief because of how gray and weird it looked - the pastrami looked fine but just had no flavor other than sodium). The bread is indeed soft, but in that hyper-processed chock-full-o-dough conditioners sort of way, not due to freshness. Also, if it's a cold sub, why was everything so floppy and room temp?? The whole sandwich smelled weird overall... my stomach turned and I stopped after about 2 inches of my 6" sub. Imagine "white people dinner" that's been sitting out at a patriotic picnic in the heat all day.... that encapsulates the experience perfectly. I think they stay in business because of people who enjoy bland and predictable food, of which there are many. So, if you enjoy well-seasoned and more refined food, just don't bother. Go to Dino's if you want another local option, or screw local and just go to Firehouse. Now THAT'S an all-American sort of place! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go fly my American flag at half mast in honor of this tragedy.

Staff is so off putting. Rude and rushed but so is the lady owner about 50% of the time. Was running out of a meat but instead of offering a different sandwich just out half the normal amount of meat on each sandwich. I did not come here for bread or rhetoric from either side.

Idk where to start, but either way don’t waste your money . I spent $30 for 2 of the most blah subs sandwiches ever. Mine faintly smelled like cat hair and had 2 slices of Turkey in it. One of the most disrespectful sandwiches I’ve had to date. So far no luck in Pantego finding good eats. The best sandwiches are at Dino’s in Arlington check my page for the review.

My mom would take me here when I was a child over 40 years ago. The recipe hasn't changed. It brought back some good memories.
