I was very disappointed. The Hispanic lady there working was rude and short with me. The sandwich looked like it was going to be delicious and it was up until mid sandwich, there was a long black hair in my sub. It killed my appetite. The place is under construction so it's not very welcoming. I think it would be a much better environment all around with customers and their employees if they got rid of the new manager who runs that store now.

The service was prompt, polite, and accurate, and the sandwiches were filling and delicious. It's a small, sandwich shop, with an appropriate atmosphere. My only complaint is that they only give a 20% discount, when you bring in a coupon, rather than the deal the coupon offered.

My kids ordered online and forget to order chips & a drink. My oldest asked the cashier guy to ring up chips and a drink. Then the guy said 'you really going to F'n do me like this? I'm the owner...blah blah blah'. The "owner" drops multiple F bombs on my 2 underage kids and repeatedly insists my oldest is trying to steal chips. CHIPS! Typical crap fast food - crappy food, crappy service and crappy attitudes. We WILL share this story and won't stop. Rudeness won't win!!!
