I've ordered from the drive thru twice so far . The employees were all polite showing great customer service skills and very prompt . The drinks ordered were delicious and prices were way cheaper than expected. One coffee was a little too sweet but the option to go light with the sugar! Highly Recommend!!
The coffee is good but i put an order in for pick up 25 minutes before i showed up so i could make it on time to work. They still make you wait in line, they just make your order right away when you get there. Starbucks pick up is better if you’re in a hurry.

Placed an order online and I get to the location at 6:05 am and it’s closed waited 10 minutes and nothing tried contacting the location. The phone number is no connected I had to come back just for them to tell me they can’t give me my money and I have to contact doordash even though I ordered from the black rock website.

Love this place. I meet clients here all the time. It’s always clean and the baristas are always very nice and friendly.
The coffee was good I ordered the Irish coffee and it was not too sweet which I don't like too much sugary taste. Also the coffee cake( muffins) was good a little cold was not too long in the microwave.
