The bacon was so old on my bacon king, that I had to pull it off, I could not bite through it. I gave it to my pit bull, and he used it as a chew toy for like 2 minutes. Not even my dog that shreds tough chew toys could get through it easily. Was I given bacon, or bacon flavored plastic?

This is by far the worst fast food establishment in this whole area. First, you can't sit inside for too long because it smells like a human waste,Secondly, they will, as a matter of fact, get your order wrong after several times eating here, not once has the order been all there or even the right things.Third, if by magic you do get eventually get the right items, they will not be made properly, i.e., not toasted, not the right ingredients placed on them, etc.Fourth, if you pay in cash, you have to count your change throughly they will get that wrong alsoSo do not give this location your time or business

When I asked for corporates number he refused to give it to me and told me to get it online. The employees name is Daniel.

I order thru the app and push the wrong item. I wanted the 2 whopper fries and drinks. Got home and it was whopper Jr's. Drove back and ask if they can replace the order with the one I wanted. Daniel told me no refund that I would have to go thru the app witch Leads to no where.

Where do I even start...? Cant even rate their food, service, or atmosphere because they won't allow me to give them negative stars. Do not give this place the time of day. Or maybe do. You know what? I need every single person in Pasadena to go to this specific Burger King. Just so we can overwork these so-called "employees" so they can experience the same disappointment and rage they make their patrons go through and beyond. My advice? Listen to your customers or consider other career options. It's not astrophysics.
