Came here the first time about 6 months ago before a shopping trip to Target. Food is a little pricey compared to other pho places but the quality and service is great. However, I've been trying to come back twice in a row now during their advertised hours in the past month and they've been closed.

Ever since the change in management, the quality of the food has steadily declined. My family has tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this most recent meal was not very good. The broth in the pho was watered down and lacked flavor. And the cost for the portion size is getting out of hand. I ordered a regular size and my wife ordered a large (paid extra for) but the portions were the same size. The combination pho is supposed to be meaty, but there was only a couple of slices of brisket, one piece of eye of round, and two meatballs. We also ordered the bbq pork spring rolls and there was no flavor and tasted like they had been out for a while and not fresh. As much as we loved this place before the management change, I can no longer support this business. To top things off, we had placed our order online via grubhub and I opted to pick it up. Estimated time was 10-15 minutes and I allowed plenty of time before arriving to pick up my order, but it was not ready. Instead, I walked into the restaurant and the employee was sitting behind the counter playing a game on her phone. When she realized I was there, I told her I placed an online order. Her Grub Hub tablet wasn’t even on! Once she turned it on my order popped up. So I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for my below sub-par food. If you’ve read my review this far, please save yourself the trip and go somewhere else, like Hiccups Churroholic down the street or Pho ViVi on Spencer. The new management seems to be more worried about posting to social media than focusing on the quality of their product.5/23 - tried to go there with my daughter cause she had been craving pho for awhile but with the heat and previous bad experience, we’ve been avoiding coming here. Against my better judgment , I took her there to give them another chance. THEY WEREN’T EVEN OPEN!!! Sign on the door says open Monday-Saturday and even online said they were open. There was no additional signage on the door saying they would be closed for the day or anything! So I took her down the street to Hiccups and Churroholics and got a tasty bowl of pho full of meat! I’m done with Chai.

Food was fresh and they gave me such a large portion of shrimp fried rice. I literally have ate it for two meals and still have about half left.I asked for a refresher tea to go and it was good too! I got the lychee tea with strawberry popping boba. I definitely recommend if you like lychee. The service was friendly and efficient. The food took about 20 min to get but I heard the cooks in the kitchen making the food so it's nice to know it was made to order.Cute vibes! I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Tons of parking in the plaza for lunch. Looks like the new management has revamped the place. I love the modern design inside. It is very aesthetic and Instagram worthy for sure.They have a nice menu that is easy to navigate and if you ask the waitress for food suggestions they are happy to help. I was craving a bahn mi and theirs did not disappoint!I also tried the boba here and it was simple and delicious. I returned another time to try the pho and fried rice which were also very delicious.I would come here whenever I have Vietnamese food cravings for sure. Great owners and friendly staff. I'll be back again!

Wanted to try a new restaurant and noticed Vietnamese coffee on the menu (my fav!) so I stopped in for lunch. Restaurant is very cute, service was nice, but unfortunately the coffee was pretty bad. I also tried 2 different orders of spring rolls that were just okay.

Found this place after searching “pho” and was not disappointed!! The food was really good , so good the wife almost wants to give up our regspot and come back here !! Service was great , did I say the food was good !!! Would definitely recommend!!

This the second time I order and food is great. But I want focus on the customer service. I order through door dash this time and request spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee. I was fully aware that the ice might might melt by the time I pick it (picking it up late). However, the lady at the front stated she was finishing the coffee. I know for a fact that I was late to pick up my order and she waiting to add ice so it won’t melt. Wasn’t having a great day and that small gesture made my day. So to lady at front thank you for that and to everyone else reading this please support this business.

This was really good. Had the appetizer platter, which was a good price for the amount you get. Had the yellow curry and my gf had the brisket pho. Both were delicious. Waitress and staff were really friendly. Def will eat here again.

I decided on pho today. GPS sent me to Chai Asian Fusion. I'm glad it did. I ordered the Chai it All appetizer. The beef spring roll was a welcome surprise. Sauces were good. I would have liked a steamed dumpling instead of fried. I ordered a regular order of Pho, chicken with added shrimp. I felt this was a good size bowl of soup, large would have been too big. Shrimp and chicken were cooked well. The broth was lacking in depth. All and all I will remember this spot next time I'm out this way!!

The restaurant is pretty good. However, please fix your online website. Whenever I tried ordering online and placing a banh mi sandwich it FORCED me add “preparation additions” e.g., an egg. It doesn’t let you move forward without choosing an additional protein. Please fix it.

spice level 3/5 with extra peanuts. I've been trying every 'pad thai' dish I can find from local shops and this one has been better than most. Onlyyyy thing it's missing I think is a little bit of a sweetness/creaminess. (crushed peanuts would be awesome too) Thank you, very delicious!! (also, ordered through grubhub and my food was still nice and hot!)

The staff is very nice, and I love the decor but the food is nothing special. It took quite a while for the food to come out and when it did my friends curry wasn't spicy at all after she asked for it to be and there was a hair in my fried ramen. Our server was very nice though and tried her best to help. The boba is also good so maybe we'll be back for a boba run.
