The sandwich in the picture is nothing from the far truth. I ordered a Phyllis cheese steak sandwich and I told the girl I wanted the one with mushrooms and onions like the original. And I got a sandwich with a pickle and the tomatoes. and they hardly add any meat. I mean I did like it but just without the tomatoes. That is why I am paying for y'all to add the meat like in the advertisement but now I realize there is always false advertisement with these companies. It is probably a company thing to tell their employees to skimp off the meat. I wish I had taken a picture because a picture tells the truth better than a post. The only reason why I came was because I went to Charlie's at a mall and it was so delicious but this location is ???but I did order some bone in wings and they were ok.

This location is prejudiced. My boyfriend came to this location for an interview and was met with an attitude and told that the hiring manager was out sick and they had called and emailed him to reschedule, he didn’t receive either and when asked for the rescheduled time they could not give it to him. When I called and asked to speak to the hiring manager as a potential new hire she swiftly answered the phone. The only reason I can think of them turning him away is because he is black and the staff there is Hispanic. He definitely dodged a bullet being that this location only had 3 stars. I will be sure to go on the company website and give them feedback.

The philly cheesesteak is awesome. The cashier was friendly, but one of the workers shot me some angry looks as I took photos. She didn't seem very friendly when interacting with other customers either. The floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to it as I walked. Eww. But, the food was top notch.

This is the first time I have come to this location and after trying to order a Philly with no veggies they told me they couldn't make it the way I want because according the the stupid under age cook it would take to long to do it, so because of that they didn't try to accommodate me. They would rather let me leave. This is the first time I have ever heard a cook say it would take to long. But if anything, the location on 249 was very accommodating, and the wings were good too. Couldn't rate the food because I never got it....so who knows . As for me this location sux and just for the record it was a bunch of kids wking. Go figure...

I order right before they closed and once I arrived staff had recently close. So I called to ask where I could cancel order since they closed, young lady that answer was super nice.I told her the situation and promptly suggested I speak with the manager.amazingly staff and manager when above and beyond to make a customer happy/satisfy.I am truly forever a customer of this restaurant.Thanks to the staff.love the team work.!
